Flight Attendant Reveals the One Thing She Hates About Her Job, Admitting It Wasn’t What She Envisioned

Flight attendants quite literally live the high life.

However, even though international travel may seem glamorous, there are some aspects of the job that aren’t as attractive.

A cabin crew member took to TikTok to reveal the one aspect she doesn't enjoy about her.

Posting on her account @pippa_rae , flight attendant Pippa shared a video detailing how she prepares the night before a flight.

She shares: "Being a flight attendant, what I dislike most about my work is that it’s Saturday evening, yet here I am heading to bed at 8:30 PM."

'I've got to be up at 2:00 tomorrow morning and it just puts me in such a bad mood. It's a sunny Saturday evening, everyone's in the beer garden and I'm in bed.'

Since numerous flights depart early in the morning, cabin crew members must ensure they arrive at the airport promptly.

Pippa mentions: "It's not exactly what I envisioned myself doing at 21, but since it’s my profession, I have to make the best of it."

She proceeds to record herself while she cooks her meals for the following day, mentioning that it’s going to be a busy day, hence she has to prepare 'breakfast, lunch, dinner, and some snacks'.

The cabin crew member subsequently goes up to the upper deck for a shower prior to recording herself nestled in bed.

She mentions: 'Here I am at 8 pm. Already in bed and prepared for my 2:00 am wake-up call.'

In the remarks section, someone else mentioned that they echoed Pippa's sentiments regarding the necessity of going to bed at an earlier time.

They stated: "I believe most airport and aviation staff can relate to this sentiment."

'Matt A' commented: 'I just got up for my early flight today; I'm not a fan of morning flights during weekends.'"

Nevertheless, a different commentator advised Pippas not to benchmark her life against others'.

'Hey Girly, halt right there and don’t measure yourself against those folks at the beer garden. They have an unexciting 9-to-5 gig whereas you’re up in the clouds exploring different parts of the globe.'

Someone else chimed in with: 'Certainly, you were aware of this from the start.'

But Pippa replied: 'I think everyone has one thing they dislike about their job and this is mine.'

It comes after a set of identical twins who both work as flight attendants for Wizz Air, Gabriel and Giuseppe, exclusively revealed to MailOnline what it's like when they work on the same aircraft .

Guiseppe said: 'You could imagine the passengers' reactions as they come on board and they see the two of us together, and they're like, "Am I seeing double?"'
